Please place your trash & recycling bins outside your office in the hallway by Friday of every week if you would like them taken out. Our trash & recycling is brought outside to the dumpster every Saturday morning by our cleaning company. If you have any large items that need to be disposed, please carry those out directly to the dumpsters in our back parking lot.
Our trash & recycling dumpsters are serviced every week during the Fall & Spring semesters and every other week during summer break.

The Crossing has a janitorial company that comes in and cleans the common areas on Saturday mornings. This cleaning does not include any office space. Every person with an office is responsible for keeping their own room tidy. If you would like your trash taken out weekly, please leave it outside your door in the hallway by Friday evenings.
If you notice any common space that is need of further attention, please reach out to Andi.

Your current profile settings allow you to propose events. This means that you can enter event details and submit for approval. The Crossing will look over the details of each event, and if we are able to accommodate, we will accept the event. Once an event is accepted it will appear in the Calendar for viewing. If we are not able to accommodate a request, I will make sure to e-mail follow up.
You are able to propose events by going to calendar --> create event blue button on top right of screen.
Some instructions on submitting a proposed event:
Please enter all details for your event. This includes time/date, event title, any co-sponsors or organizations connected to the event, a brief description etc.
For event properties, please select "St. John's Lutheran Church"
Please click the boxes for all rooms/spaces you will be using for the event.
ALL events through St. John's should be entered through this calendar processing system. If you are on the property and hosting an event, we need to be aware of what is going on at all times. This includes meetings, blanket workshops, public events, etc.
There is a mobile app for Elexio that you can download, but I believe you are only able to view the calendar on the app. You have to access the software online in order to propose events.
I can make additional profiles for other St. John's folks if it would be helpful for others to utilize this system. E-mail office@crossingministries.org to do so- thanks!
