Supplies needed from the Crossing to keep Kitchen Stocked

Monthly order

  • Dishwasher Sanitizer (YELLOW)

  • Dishwasher detergent (RED)

  • Dishwasher Rinse aid (BLUE)

  • Floor cleaner (GREEN)

  • Paper towels

  • Hand Soap

As needed

  • Laundry detergent

  • Trash bags

  • Replacement head for mops

  • De-Lyme agent

*anything needed to run equipment and keep the building/equipment clean and in working order.

Things that Slow Food is responsible for stocking their kitchen:

  • Gloves

  • Aluminum foil

  • Plastic wrap

  • Rags

  • Aprons

  • Sharpies

  • Tape for labeling

*anything needed for food production, safety, and operations of your meals/programs.

Maintenance Request

Examples of Maintenance Requests:

  • Burnt out lightbulbs

  • Trouble with Equipment

  • Trouble with plumbing/faucets

  • Any building abnomalities

  • Anything that requires landlord attention

Key Code Access Request

Every single person who needs key code(s) access needs to fill out the form below before receiving the building key code(s).

By clicking “submit” on the form above you are agreeing to the following statements:

  1. I certify that I will not share the key code(s) with anyone unless given staff approval.

  2. I am responsible for keeping the locations I have key code access to secure, which includes ensuring the door is locked each time I leave.

  3. I will respect the space for which I have key code access, which includes ensuring the space is clean each time I leave.

Building Use Requests

All activity in the building needs to be proposed to and approved by the Administrator. Please request access to use the building through the request form on the “Use our Space” page, by our shared ELEXIO calendar if you have access, or by e-mailing office@crossingministries.org

Slow Food Profile: Slow Food.UW

Your current profile settings allow you to propose events. This means that you can enter event details and submit for approval. The Crossing will look over the details of each event, and if we are able to accommodate, we will accept the event. Once an event is accepted it will appear in the Calendar for viewing. If we are not able to accommodate a request, I will make sure to e-mail the Slow Food leaders for more information or reason. 


You are able to propose events by going to calendar --> create event blue button on top right of screen. 

Some instructions on submitting a proposed event: 

  1. Please enter all details for your event. This includes time/date, event title, any co-sponsors connected to the event, a brief description etc.

  2. For event properties, please click "Slow Food" 

  3. Please click the boxes for all rooms/spaces you will be using for the event. 

    1. If people are only walking into the front doors you do not need to click front of building/lobby etc. Only enter rooms that you will be set up and performing programming in. 

  4. ALL events through Slow food should be entered through this calendar processing system. If you are on the property and/or hosting an event, we need to be aware of what is going on at all times. 

There is a mobile app for Elexio that you can download, but I believe you are only able to view the calendar on the app. You have to access the software online in order to propose events.
